For more customizability of your donation portal, you can use your own domain for your donation portal. This allows you to use your own domain name for your donation portal, instead of using an Everfund domain. When using your own domain, you can use custom codes for your donation portal, like donate.example.com/christmas-2024.
Add a domain to your organization

To add a domain to your organization, you need to go to the organization settings page and click the “Add Domain” button. This will open a page where you can add your domain. A domain can only exist once per workspace.
Update your DNS records
Next, you need to update your domain’s DNS records to point to Everfund.

Revalidate your domain
Once you have updated your DNS records, you need to validate your domain. To do this, you need to go to the organization settings page and click the “Validate Domain” button. This will validate your domain’s DNS records.
Using your domain
Once your domain is validated, you can use your domain for your donation portal. To do this, you need to create a new campaign and select your domain. Then your domain will be used for any channels associated with that campaign.
